We strive to surpass the expectations of each and every patient who has chosen us to perform their LASIK procedure. Each person comes through our door expecting a great result. We aim to deliver that, and make the experience informative and enjoyable in the process.
At each two-week visit, all patients are given a satisfaction survey. At this point, the initial excitement has subsided and they are ready to tell us how they feel, how we've done, and where we can improve. So we try to "Listen and learn."
We take all input seriously, try to listen carefully and change our methods or approach when necessary. We don't want satisfied patients -- we want ecstatic patients -- because you are here by choice, not by necessity. The people on these pages have trusted us with their eyes.
