You should expect to be at the center for about an hour on the day of your consult. We will have you complete two very quick history/lifestyle forms to help us better understand what you would like to achieve with Lasik. Then one of our highly trained technicians will visit with you. They will first gather additional medical and eye history followed by performing a series of tests to get a personalized understanding of your vision.  Our advanced equipment will give our doctors an individualized mapping of your eyes and a closer look into why you see the way you do.  We will then give you a tour of our center and walk you through the steps of your surgery. During this tour you will see our ‘spa-like’ waiting area, our procedure room and the area where your friends and family can watch your procedure if they’d like. You will see that our main priority is your safety and comfort.

After your tour you will then sit down with one of our highly qualified doctors. Dr. Jackson or Dr. Barber will discuss your test results, our technology, help you select the best procedure for you and answer any questions you may have about the procedure. Our staff is educated on all the refractive procedures we offer, which include LASIK, PRK and ICLs.
