We strive to surpass the expectations of each and every patient who has chosen us to perform their LASIK procedure. Each person comes through our door expecting a great result. We aim to deliver that, and make the experience informative and enjoyable in the process.

At each two-week visit, all patients are given a satisfaction survey. At this point, the initial excitement has subsided and they are ready to tell us how they feel, how we’ve done, and where we can improve. So we try to “Listen and learn.”

We take all input seriously, try to listen carefully and change our methods or approach when necessary. We don’t want satisfied patients — we want ecstatic patients — because you are here by choice, not by necessity. The people on these pages have trusted us with their eyes. That’s a trust we take very seriously.

I remember how inconvenient it was to have to deal with my contacts and glasses all the time, and how I thought Lasik would be a great solution for me. I just never thought it would be as incredible as it really is. As a multi-sport athlete, having to wear glasses wasn’t optimal and trying to deal with contacts wasn’t fun either. When I would get sweat in my eyes, I could never rub my eyes, for fear of ripping the contact. Currently, I am a professional cyclist and my eyes are one of my most important assets. Racing requires complete focus and losing a contact mid-race would be unacceptable. Fortunately, I was able to have Lasik and am now happy to be able to live and race without the restrictions of glasses or contacts. I would recommend Lasik to anyone.

Simple. A lot of words come to mind when I try to describe the results of my Custom procedure at InSight Lasik; words like fantastic, amazing, or superb, but in reality, simple fits the best.
