Lifetime Enhancement Policy
Insight LASIK offers a lifetime enhancement policy. This policy is implemented in the following manner:
You must continue to have your yearly eye exams with the Optometrist that does your pre and post op exams for LASIK. Please note that there is a cost for these exams. If you need an enhancement, it will be performed at no additional charge for the first 2 years after surgery.
After the first two years, the surgeon and Optometrist will continue to offer enhancements at no additional cost; however, the laser center will charge a facility fee of $500 per eye for an enhancement which is payable at the time of surgery.
Our goal is for you to be happy with your LASIK results. As long as it is safe to perform an enhancement the doctor will do so.
