Insurance

Fees

Fees are all-inclusive covering your initial consultation, comprehensive eye exam, LASIK, PRK or ICL measurements, your procedure and all post-operative care for up to six months. Your fee also includes our PREMIER LIFETIME ENHANCEMENT POLICY. We stand behind our work. InSight Lasik does not charge you for an enhancement, it is included in ever procedure. If it is within the first two years it is free of charge. After the two year mark there will be a fee in order to cover the royalty fees of our laser equipment.
